Cycli is still in alpha state, so it is not ready for general use.
If you are interested in aiding in the development of cycli, we recommend you get cycli from SVN. Instructions on installing the nescessary dependencies and compiling cycli are here. At the moment there are no instructions on bulding cycli on windows, if you want to compile it there, please contact me. There are also fairly stable SVN snapshot releases on sourceforge but they might be outdated and may not reflect the current status.
